Ford Focus ST Fusion 2.0L Ecoboost ATP Turbo Adapter Housing Cover Blanket

This blanket fits around the contour and length of the ATP turbo adapter (pictured) which was designed for the Ford Focus ST and the Ford Fusion 2.0L Ecoboost.

The blanket is designed to cover the housing in a more effective way, and perform far better than any metal heat shield or exhaust wrap. By retaining and encapsulating heat from the adapter the blanket will effectively protect surrounding components which can be quite close to the turbo and adapter housing.

This blanket is constructed from high density 1/2″ thick ceramic mat which can handle 2500°F direct contact heat and a 2 layer aluminum bonded and woven pulverized lava rock outer jacketing material capable of handling 2500°F direct contact heat.

The combination of these materials as well as the design makes a long lasting heat barrier which will work to effectively and efficiently reduce heat radiating from the adapter housing which negatively affects the functionality of surrounding components.

GM LS/LT1/LT4 series 3.10 x 3.25″ tall (PH3506 or similar) Oil Filter Insulating Cover Blanket

Sometimes heat is too close for comfort to your oil filter. This is especially true in quite a few GM LS LT1 and LT4 applications.

Designed to fit perfectly over the PH3506 or ACDelco PF48E (GM# 12690386) and similar oil filters that measure 3.10″ diameter by 3.25″ tall.

The extremely durable pulverized lava rock material we constructed this blanket with is capable of handling over 2000° F direct contact heat. The cover easily helps keep heat off the filter in turn reducing engine oil temps.

Install is very easy and stays in place.

The construction of this blanket incorporates a magnet to help keep the cover in place. The magnet also helps boost the oil filters efficiency by catching any fine debris and keeping it at the now magnetized surface of the filter.

The pull handle on the end of the blanket makes removal extremely easy before removing the oil filter.

The aluminized internal layer helps make any accidental oil spill extremely easy to clean off the cover.

Universal 45 Degree Elbow Pipe Blanket for 4″ Diameter – Black

We found however that this blanket can realistically fit just about any 45 degree pipe that is 4″ in diameter.

The blanket features 1/2″ thick 6 pound density ceramic mat on the inside allowing it to handle 2500° Fahrenheit direct contact heat. The exterior is made from a high temperature and very durable Silicone Impregnated Fiberglass. This blanket is designed to retain heat lowering engine bay temperatures and increase turbo spool times. Another great thing is that it is handmade right here in the USA.

This aluminized vermiculite coated fiberglass mat is extremely thick and capable of insulating any surface or area from extreme radiant heat.

It can easily be cut into shapes and secured into position with screws, rivets or apply adhesive and stick into place.

Universal 45 Degree Elbow Pipe Blanket for 4″ Diameter – Lava

This elbow pipe blanket was originally designed to fit on the HE351CW and Hy35W turbocharger downpipe elbow that is found on OEM 04.5-09 DODGE RAM trucks with the 5.9L 24V. The blanket efficiently covers the necessary bits of downpipe elbow while also staying close to the housing. We found however that this blanket can realistically fit just about any 45 degree pipe that is 4″ in diameter. Our Lava line of blankets are different from our other turbo blankets in that they feature an outer jacketing that is made from an extremely heavy duty and high quality pulverized lava rock fiber instead of silica impregnated fiber. This lava material is actually different than what any other turbo blanket manufacturer uses in that it features an aluminum bonded layer on the inside of the blanket to further reflect the small amount of radiant heat which makes it through the ceramic layer. With this combination of materials we have seen up to 90% efficiency out of a Lava blanket on certain applications. Due to the durability and extremely high heat rating (3000°F) of the Lava material; this blanket is ideal for applications where there is top mount turbo manifold or or heat sources which could come in contact with the outside of the blanket. Since vibration on a turbocharger is inevitable we have created a more durable design. Our turbo blankets feature a knitted wire mesh inner layer that separates the insulation material from the turbocharger housing, greatly increasing durability and reducing breakdown. Installing a Thermal Zero Lava Turbo blanket will cut down up to 90% of direct heat emitted from your turbocharger. In turn this will allow the turbo to spool faster and be more efficient. Universal Starter Protective Heat Insulation Barrier Blanket Kit

The Universal Stater Heat blanket kit is an extremely inexpensive solution to a common problem that a multitude of both OEM and aftermarket system are plagued with. Overheating and eventual death of the starter because of the close proximity of the exhaust to the starter. Often times a starter that is exposed to extreme heat and will prematurely fail or bind up and leave you stranded. This blanket easily solves that problem by both insulating the starter from high exhaust temperatures and reflecting radiant heat that the exhaust gives off.

Supplied with the kit is a 7″ x 22″ piece of thick aluminized fiberglass blanket material along with two 23″ stainless steel zip ties. The kit is extremely easy to install and will add life to your starter.

High Temperature Aluminized Protective Heat Insulation Sheathing

Thermal Zero protective aluminized heat insulation sheathing can be used for a large variety of purposes. Fuel lines, electrical wiring, oil lines and spark plug cables are just a few common uses.

Our aluminized sheathing is made in 36-inch lengths and comes in a variety of inside diameters.

1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.25″, 1.5″, 1.75″, 2″, 2.5″, 3″

The sheathing is made from vermiculite coated fiberglass mat with a bonded aluminum layer to reflect radiant heat. It is very flexible and can easily be cut down to the correct size. The sheath can handle radiant temperatures of up to 1000° Fahrenheit making it very versatile.

Reflective Aluminized Insulation Wrap 2″ wide x 25′ long Roll

Reflective aluminized insulation tape or wrap is best used on surfaces you wish to keep cold. Although it can handle 500°F direct heat it is not intended to touch extreme heat sources. Instead the purpose of this wrap is to keep a pipe that is close to a heat source cool and insulate that pipe.

The wrap is designed with a vermiculite coated fiberglass inside layer that is about 1/16″ thick which is bonded to a thin aluminum outside reflective layer. The aluminized layer helps to reflect radiant heat away keeping what is wrapped cool in a hot environment.

This same material is what we use to manufacture our aluminized sheathing. It does amazingly well in very close proximity to extreme heat sources. Use for your turbo feed or drain oil lines. Fuel lines to prevent vapor lock. Air intake hoses and piping or even radiator piping and wires or cables. Quite literally anything you want to keep cool that is close to a hot surface.

This wrap does not have a sticky surface and must be installed with either plastic zip ties, wire or stainless steel ties.
