The Stainless Steel Zip Ties we offer are a ball locking steel tie design. We carry these in 14″ and 23″ lengths and 5/16 width. When tightened all the way down they will secure to 1/2 inch diameter. Stainless Steel Zip Ties are a very versatile non-reusable, commonly used where a regular plastic zip tie will not hold up. They secure firmly in place and will not loosen under thousands of degrees of heat or very heavy pressure. They work very well with our exhaust heat wrap, blanketing, sheathing or removable blankets but have thousands of other uses. They have a very clean look when installed, tools are not necessary for installation, and they can easily be trimmed down with a pair of tin snips. Stainless Steel Zip Ties can handle temperatures of well over 2500 degrees Fahrenheit. Manufactured from high grade 304 Stainless Steel and have a high tensile strength of over 100 lbs.

For use where a high strength tie is needed. The positive locking system was designed to hold materials tights in extreme environments.

Thermal Zero Locking Stainless Steel Ties work a bit different than our normal stainless steel zip ties. Locking Stainless Steel Ties are notched much like a plastic zip tie which allows the tie to lock into place and never loosen.

Thermal Zero Stainless Steel Ties have thousands of other uses from bundling wires, hoses, or securing any other type of insulation products where heat is a problem for a plastic tie. Our ties are made from high-grade stainless steel which will not rust and corrode over time. Our stainless ties are very easy to use. Just insert the end of the tie into the locking mechanism and pull tight.
